Oversight inspection for the closure activities of a Hazardous Waste Landfill and professional certification of the closure upon completion. Documentation of the construction was completed as designed and in accordance with the Closure Plan. Final certification with professional signature and seal (Professional Engineer in Puerto Rico) stating that the landfill has been closed in accordance with the specifications in the closure plan as approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
